This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction and an 8" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller, a stainless steel shaft, and a bronze shaft sleeve. It utilizes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250 °F. The design incorporates a dry shaft to prevent circulating fluid contact with the shaft and includes flush seal line taps along with pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 75 HP TEFC WEG motor in a 365T frame. The electrical configuration is 230-460/60/3PH, supporting across-the-line starting. The assembly is mounted on a welded structural steel base with an integral drip pan and a Woods coupler guard. The bearing frame utilizes greasable bearings. The motor meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump has a PEI value of 0.94.
