This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a cast iron casing with ANSI Class 125 flanges, a 4" suction, and a 3" discharge. The pump utilizes an 11" nominal stainless steel NSF61 impeller paired with a bronze wear ring. It incorporates a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250°F. The bearing housing includes permanently lubricated, sealed-for-life ball bearings, and the unit provides pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 20 HP Baldor ODP motor. This motor is mounted on a NEMA 256T frame and is configured for a 230-460/60/3PH power supply. The system includes a welded base with an integrated drip pan, a Woods coupler, and a standard coupler guard. It features AEGIS shaft grounding and meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55. The equipment is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature and carries a DOE PEI value of 0.92.
