This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 4" suction and 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit includes a 13-1/2" diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. It utilizes a bronze shaft sleeve and a mechanical seal constructed with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The rear pullout design allows for servicing without disturbing system piping, while the top center line discharge simplifies layout and reduces strain. The dry shaft design prevents contact between the shaft and the circulating fluid, and the unit includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
This pump is powered by a 40 HP, 1750 RPM WEG motor. It operates on 380V, 60Hz, 3PH power and features a TEFC enclosure. The motor is a NEMA standard JM frame style with feet. The unit meets MG1-12.55 Super E premium efficiency standards and has a PEI value of 0.89. The configuration includes an across-the-line starting option and is rated for 50°C ambient temperatures with standard counter-clockwise rotation.
