This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller, and a bronze wear ring. It includes a 13-1/2" nominal impeller diameter, a slip-on bronze shaft sleeve, and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal uses a silicon-carbide seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing operation with clean water at temperatures up to 250 °F. The unit incorporates a rear pullout design and top center line discharge for maintenance access and piping alignment.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 30 HP Baldor motor in an ODP enclosure. It is configured for a 230-460V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply. The motor frame is 286 JM with feet and meets NEMA standards. The configuration includes AEGIS shaft grounding and complies with NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards. The unit is rated for 40 °C ambient temperature with CCW rotation and has a PEI of 0.89.
