This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 2" suction and a 1-1/4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 6-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The pump includes a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design that prevents fluid contact with the shaft. It is equipped with a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The rear pullout design allows for servicing without disturbing system piping, while flush seal line taps and pressure tappings are provided on the suction and discharge connections.
This pump is driven by a 3 HP, 3450 RPM Baldor motor with a TEFC enclosure and operates on a 380/60/3 power supply. It features an 182 JM motor frame with feet and is configured for CCW rotation. The motor meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The unit has a 40°C ambient temperature rating and a DOE PEI value of 0.92. It is configured for across the line starting.
