This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 1-1/2" suction connection and a 1-1/4" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 9-1/2" diameter bronze impeller, and a stainless steel shaft sleeve. It utilizes a dry shaft design that prevents contact with the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, and it is rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. A rear pullout design allows for servicing without disturbing system piping, while the top center line discharge simplifies piping layouts.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 3 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure. The motor is configured with a JM frame with feet, includes AEGIS shaft grounding, and operates on 200V/60Hz/3PH power. The motor meets NEMA standards and premium efficiency requirements per MG1-12.55. The pump assembly has a PEI value of 0.86.
