This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and 3" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing and a bronze impeller with a 7-1/4" nominal diameter. It includes a stainless steel shaft and a stainless steel shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for a maximum temperature of 250°F. The unit utilizes a dry shaft design to prevent contact between the circulating fluid and the shaft.
This pump operates at 3450 RPM and is powered by a 20 HP, TEFC, WEG Premium Efficiency motor that meets MG1-12.55 standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The electrical configuration is 230/460V/3PH/60Hz, suitable for across the line starting. The motor is configured in a NEMA 256 frame and connected to the pump via a Woods coupler protected by a standard coupler guard. The assembly is secured to a welded base with an integrated drip pan. The equipment is EISA compliant with a DOE PEI of 0.91 and an HI Energy Rating of 9.
