This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction and 8" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit includes a 13-1/2" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze, housed within a cast iron casing. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft equipped with a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design to prevent fluid contact with the pump shaft. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250 °F. Pressure tappings are included on both suction and discharge connections, and the bearing frame features greasable bearings.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM using a 75 HP Baldor motor. It is configured with an ODP enclosure, a NEMA 365 T-frame, and a standard coupler. The power supply is 230-460/60/3 PH, with an across-the-line starting option. The motor is premium efficiency and meets MG1-12.55 standards with AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes an integrated drip pan. This equipment maintains a 40 °C ambient rating and has a DOE PEI rating of 0.94.
