This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features an 8" suction and a 6" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a bronze wear ring. It utilizes a dry shaft design with a stainless steel shaft and a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal is configured with a tungsten carbide seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation in clean water temperatures up to 300°F. The unit includes AEGIS shaft grounding for protection against electrical discharge.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 75 HP motor in a NEMA 365T frame. The Baldor ODP motor is configured for 230-460/60/3 power with across-the-line starting. It is mounted on a welded structural steel base equipped with an integral drip pan and includes a Woods coupler covered by an OSHA-compliant guard. This configuration meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and has a DOE PEI value of 0.93.
