This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction and 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 10" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a bronze shaft sleeve. It utilizes a dry shaft design that prevents contact between the shaft and the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The pump includes flush seal line taps and suction and discharge pressure tappings, and it utilizes a rear pullout design with a top center line discharge.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 7-1/2 HP Baldor motor with a TEFC enclosure. It is configured for 230-460V, 3PH power and utilizes a JM style motor frame 213 with feet. The motor meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and is equipped with AEGIS shaft grounding. This unit features across the line starting and operates in a 40°C ambient environment. It follows NEMA standards, features counter-clockwise rotation, and carries a DOE PEI rating of 0.94.
