This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a cast iron casing with ANSI Class 125 flanges and a bronze impeller with a 6-1/4" nominal diameter. The unit includes a 2" suction and a 1-1/4" discharge. The pump utilizes a dry shaft design with a bronze shaft sleeve to isolate the shaft from the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The pump incorporates a rear pullout design to facilitate maintenance, flush seal line taps for optional filtration, and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
The pump is configured with a 7-1/2 HP Baldor TEFC motor in a 213 JM frame style with feet. It operates at 3450 RPM on a 230-460/60/3PH power supply with an across the line starting option. The motor is rated for 40°C ambient temperatures and meets NEMA standards and Super E Premium Efficiency MG1-12.55 requirements. The pump assembly maintains a DOE PEI of 0.92 and is configured for counter-clockwise rotation.
