This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 4" suction connection and a 3" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The assembly includes a cast iron casing and an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller. The pump utilizes a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design that isolates the shaft from the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal is constructed with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, and is rated for temperatures up to 250 °F. Flush seal line taps are provided on the casing, and pressure tappings are integrated into the suction and discharge connections. The rear pullout design allows for internal service without disconnecting system piping.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 15 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure. The motor is configured with a 254 JM frame style featuring feet for mounting and operates on a 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply. The electrical system includes AEGIS shaft grounding and meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55. The starting option is across the line, and the pump has a DOE PEI value of 0.91.
