This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features 6" suction and 5" discharge connections with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes an 11" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The unit incorporates a dry shaft design featuring a stainless steel shaft and a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250 °F. Pressure tappings are provided on both the suction and discharge connections for system monitoring.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 20 HP Baldor TEFC motor. The motor is configured with a 256 NEMA T frame and connects to the pump via a Woods coupler. The power requirement is 230-460/60/3PH. The motor includes AEGIS shaft grounding and meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards. The pump assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes an integral drip pan, and the unit has a PEI value of 0.94.
