This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The assembly is constructed with a cast iron casing and a bronze impeller with a 7-1/4" nominal diameter. It includes a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve and uses a mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The pump is rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The casing is equipped with pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections to facilitate system monitoring.
The pump operates at 3450 RPM and is driven by a 25 HP Baldor Super E premium efficiency motor with an ODP enclosure. The unit uses a NEMA 256 frame and is configured for 230/460/60/3PH power with across-the-line starting. It includes a Woods coupler, a coupler guard, and a welded base with an integrated drip pan. This equipment is EISA compliant with a DOE PEI of 0.91 and an HI Energy Rating of 9. It is rated for a 40°C ambient environment and includes AEGIS shaft grounding to meet MG1-12.55 standards.
