This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 5" suction and a 4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a cast iron casing with a bronze wear ring and an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller. The internal construction includes a bronze shaft sleeve and a mechanical seal composed of a silicon-carbide seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This pump is rated for a maximum fluid temperature of 250 °F and is built with a rear pullout design. It also includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 25 HP Baldor motor. The motor is configured with an ODP enclosure, a 284JM frame with feet, and AEGIS shaft grounding. The electrical requirements are 230-460V/60/3PH with across the line starting. The unit meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and has a PEI value of 0.97. It is designed for 40 °C ambient operation with CCW rotation.
