This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a cast iron casing with a 4" suction and 3" discharge, utilizing ANSI Class 125 flanges. It is equipped with an 11" nominal impeller made of bronze, paired with a bronze shaft sleeve. The pump utilizes a dry shaft design to prevent fluid contact with the shaft and includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on suction and discharge connections. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. The rear pullout design allows for service without disturbing system piping, and the top centerline discharge configuration simplifies layouts and supports self-venting.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 20 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure. The motor is configured for 230-460/60/3PH power and features premium efficiency, meeting MG1-12.55 standards with AEGIS shaft grounding. The motor utilizes a 256 JM frame style with feet and is rated for 40°C ambient temperatures with counter-clockwise rotation. This pump assembly is rated with a PEI of 0.91.
