This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 6" suction and a 5" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit includes a 7-1/4" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze, housed within a cast iron casing. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft paired with a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250 °F. The pump is also equipped with AEGIS shaft grounding to manage electrical discharge.
This pump is configured with a 50 HP, 3450 RPM Baldor motor in a TEFC NEMA 326TS frame. The motor operates on a 230-460/60/3 power supply with across the line starting. The pump is mounted on a welded structural steel base that includes a drip pan and a standard coupler guard protecting the Woods coupler. The unit meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and has a PEI value of 0.95.
