This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction port and a 2-1/2" discharge port. The unit includes a 10" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze, housed within a cast iron casing with ANSI Class 125 flanges and a bronze wear ring. It uses a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for fluid temperatures up to 250 °F.
This pump is powered by a 3 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure, operating at 1150 RPM. It utilizes a 230-460/60/3 power supply and is built on a NEMA 213T frame. The assembly features AEGIS shaft grounding and is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan. It connects the motor to the pump using a standard Woods coupler protected by an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. The bearing frame is configured with greasable bearings.
