This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction and an 8" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes a 13-1/2" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze, housed within a cast iron casing. The assembly includes a stainless steel shaft equipped with a bronze shaft sleeve and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The pump design supports operation at temperatures up to 250°F and incorporates a dry shaft construction. It is built with greasable bearings to facilitate maintenance.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM using a 100 HP WEG motor. The motor is configured with a 405 NEMA T-frame and a TEFC enclosure for a 460V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply. The unit is mounted on a welded base that includes a drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. It uses a standard Woods coupling for connection to the motor and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The motor meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55, and the unit has a PEI of 0.94.
