This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a cast iron casing with ANSI Class 125 flanges, a bronze impeller with a 6-1/4" nominal diameter, and a bronze wear ring. The unit uses a dry shaft design with a stainless steel shaft sleeve to isolate the shaft from the circulating fluid. It includes flush seal line taps, pressure tappings on suction and discharge connections, and a top center line discharge design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250 °F. The rear pullout design allows for maintenance without disturbing system piping. This unit has a 2-1/2" suction and a 1-1/2" discharge.
This pump is configured with a 10 HP Baldor motor in an ODP enclosure on a 213JM frame with feet. It operates at 3450 RPM on a 230-460/60/3 PH power supply. The motor meets NEMA Premium Efficiency MG1-12.55 standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The starting option is across the line. The pump has a PEI of 0.89 and is rated for a 40 °C ambient temperature.
