This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 5" suction and a 4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump includes a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a cast iron casing with an integrated bronze wear ring. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft paired with a bronze shaft sleeve, designed with a dry shaft configuration to prevent fluid contact. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. Gauge ports are provided on the suction and discharge connections for monitoring.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 20 HP WEG TEFC motor in a NEMA 256T frame. The unit is configured for 380/60/3 power supply with an across-the-line starting option. It meets NEMA Premium Efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and carries a DOE PEI of 0.92. The entire assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes an integral drip pan and a Woods coupler.
