This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 10" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze with a bronze wear ring. The pump includes a cast iron casing and a stainless steel shaft equipped with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal assembly features a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and Buna rubber, rated for operation at 225°F. The unit incorporates AEGIS shaft grounding and a dry shaft design that isolates the shaft from the circulating fluid.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and uses a 10 HP Baldor motor with a NEMA 215 T frame style. The motor enclosure is TEFC, configured for 230-460V/60Hz/3PH power. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and uses a Woods coupler. The system meets NEMA premium efficiency standards and has a PEI of 0.94. It is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature and utilizes across the line starting.
