This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction connection and a 2-1/2" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump construction includes a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller with an 11" nominal diameter, and a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve. It uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings for suction and discharge connections along with flush seal line taps for maintenance.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 10 HP TEFC Baldor motor, mounted on a NEMA 215 frame. It is configured for a 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply and features across the line starting. The assembly is installed on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and uses a Woods coupler. The motor meets NEMA Premium Efficiency MG1-12.55 standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. This unit has a PEI of 0.87 and an HI Energy Rating of 13.
