This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and 2-1/2" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump assembly utilizes a cast iron casing with an integrated bronze wear ring and an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It is constructed with a stainless steel shaft, a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve, and a dry shaft design to prevent contact between the fluid and the shaft. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, and is rated for temperatures up to 250°F.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 15 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure, NEMA frame 254, and T frame style. The unit is configured for 200/60/3 power with across the line starting and includes an AEGIS shaft grounding ring. It is mounted on a welded steel base with an integral drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. The pump uses a standard Woods coupler and greasable bearings. This equipment meets a PEI value of 0.87.
