This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 1-1/2" suction and a 1-1/4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit is constructed with a cast iron casing and a 9-1/2" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller. It utilizes a dry shaft design incorporating a stainless steel shaft and a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal is composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250 °F. The pump casing includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections.
This pump is powered by a 10 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure, configured for a 230-460/60/3PH power supply. The motor uses a NEMA 213 T-frame and operates at 3450 RPM. The system features across the line starting and includes an AEGIS shaft grounding ring. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan and uses a Woods coupler with a standard coupler guard. This equipment meets NEMA standards and has a PEI of 0.9.
