This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 2-1/2" suction and a 1-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The assembly includes a cast iron casing and a 6-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250 °F. This unit is configured without a wear ring.
The pump is driven by a 7-1/2 HP Baldor TEFC motor, NEMA frame 213T, operating at 3450 RPM. The electrical configuration is 200V, 60Hz, 3PH. The assembly includes AEGIS shaft grounding and meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55, with a PEI of 0.91. It is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and features a Woods coupler protected by a standard coupler guard. The motor is configured for across-the-line starting and operates in a 40 °C ambient temperature environment.
