This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 5" suction port and 4" discharge port with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes a 9-1/2" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze with an integrated bronze wear ring. The assembly is built with a stainless steel shaft and shaft sleeve housed within a cast iron casing. A mechanical seal is included, consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The pump assembly incorporates a dry shaft design and utilizes greasable bearings.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 20 HP Baldor motor. The motor is a NEMA 256T frame style with an ODP enclosure, configured for 230-460/60/3PH power. It features AEGIS shaft grounding and meets premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55. The pump is mounted on a welded base that includes a drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard, connecting to the motor via a Woods standard coupler. This unit has a DOE PEI value of 0.93 and is configured for across-the-line starting.
