This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump assembly consists of a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller with a 9-1/2" nominal diameter, and a stainless steel shaft. It utilizes a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design to prevent fluid contact with the shaft. The mechanical seal assembly is composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, and it maintains a temperature rating of 250°F. The bearing frame utilizes greasable bearings.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 10 HP Baldor motor with a TEFC enclosure. The electrical configuration is 230-460V/60Hz/3PH, and the motor is built on a NEMA 215T frame. It meets premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and uses a standard Woods coupler. This equipment has a PEI of 0.88 and is rated for 40°C ambient operation with CCW rotation.
