This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 250 flanges. The assembly includes an 11" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze, housed within a cast iron casing. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft equipped with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, providing a maximum operating temperature rating of 250°F. The pump is configured without a wear ring and uses a Woods coupler to connect the pump assembly to the motor.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 15 HP WEG premium efficiency TEFC motor, configured for a 380/60/3 power supply. It utilizes a NEMA 254 motor frame and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The unit is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan and a standard coupler guard. This system is EISA compliant with a DOE PEI value of 0.92 and an HI Energy Rating of 8. The motor is rated for 40°C ambient temperatures and meets NEMA standards.
