This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 6" suction and 5" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The pump includes a stainless steel shaft sleeve as part of a dry shaft design that isolates the shaft from system fluids. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, supporting operation up to 250°F. The unit incorporates flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. A rear pullout design allows for servicing without disturbing the system piping.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM using a 30 HP Baldor motor with a TEFC enclosure and NEMA standard frame 286 JM. It is configured for 230-460/60/3PH power supply and features AEGIS shaft grounding. The motor meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards, and the assembly has a DOE PEI of 0.94. It is rated for 40°C ambient temperature operation and uses a counter-clockwise rotation. The motor frame includes integral feet for mounting.
