This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 5" suction and a 4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It is constructed with a cast iron casing and a 13-1/2" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller. The unit utilizes a dry shaft design, which includes a stainless steel shaft and a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal is composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for a maximum temperature of 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings at the suction and discharge connections, as well as flush seal line taps.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 60 HP WEG TEFC motor in a NEMA 364T frame. It is configured for a 230-460V/60Hz/3PH power supply and features across the line starting. The pump is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and includes a Woods coupler with a standard coupler guard. The motor meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The unit is rated for a 40°C ambient environment, provides counter-clockwise rotation, and has a PEI of 0.92.
