This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit includes a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a cast iron casing with an integrated bronze wear ring. The pump uses a stainless steel shaft paired with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve to maintain the dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, capable of operating at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings for suction and discharge connections to facilitate system monitoring.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 7-1/2 HP Baldor NEMA 213 T-frame motor with an ODP enclosure. This motor is configured for 230-460/60/3 power and meets premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55, incorporating AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and uses a Woods coupler with a standard guard. The pump is configured for across the line starting.
