This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 6" suction and a 5" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 7-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a cast iron casing equipped with a bronze wear ring. The assembly includes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design to prevent fluid contact. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250 °F. The casing includes pressure tappings on both suction and discharge connections.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 10 HP TEFC WEG motor, utilizing a NEMA 215 T frame. It is configured for 380V, 60Hz, 3PH power and includes an across-the-line starting option. The pump is mounted on a welded base that features an integrated drip pan and is connected to the motor by a Woods coupler covered with a coupler guard. This model meets MG1-12.55 Super E Premium Efficiency standards and has a DOE PEI rating of 0.96.
