This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 2" suction connection and a 1-1/4" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes a 7-1/4" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze with an integrated bronze wear ring. The pump includes a cast iron casing and a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve in a dry shaft configuration. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for a maximum temperature of 250°F. The bearing housing contains sealed-for-life ball bearings, and the casing includes pressure tappings at both the suction and discharge connections.
This pump operates at 1150 RPM and is powered by a 1 HP Baldor TEFC motor in a NEMA 145 T-frame. The electrical configuration supports a 230-460/60/3PH power supply and meets NEMA Premium Efficiency standards per MG1-12.55. The unit is configured with AEGIS shaft grounding and rotates in the counter-clockwise direction. Mounting hardware includes a welded base with an integrated drip pan, an OSHA-compliant coupler guard, and a Woods coupler for the drive connection. The motor assembly is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature.
