This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction connection and a 2-1/2" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit includes a 10" nominal impeller constructed of bronze and is equipped with a bronze wear ring. The pump casing is composed of cast iron, and the assembly utilizes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The bearing housing contains sealed-for-life ball bearings.
This pump operates at 1150 RPM and is driven by a 3 HP WEG motor. The motor is a NEMA 213 T-frame style with a TEFC enclosure, configured for 230-460V/60Hz/3PH power supply with across-the-line starting. It includes AEGIS shaft grounding and meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that incorporates an integral drip pan and utilizes a Woods coupler for the drive connection.
