This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a cast iron casing with ANSI Class 125 flanges and a bronze wear ring. The pump includes an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It is configured with a stainless steel shaft and a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal assembly utilizes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing operation at temperatures up to 250 °F. Pressure tappings are located on both the suction and discharge connections.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 30 HP Baldor TEFC motor on a NEMA 286T frame. The electrical configuration supports 230-460/60/3 PH power with across the line starting. The pump is mounted on a welded base that includes an integral drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. The assembly uses a standard Woods coupler and includes greasable bearings within the frame.
