This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction and an 8" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump construction includes a cast iron casing, a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller, a stainless steel shaft, and a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. It is equipped with a bronze wear ring and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The unit utilizes a greasable bearing frame design.
This assembly is powered by a 150 HP WEG motor with an ODP enclosure, configured for 460/60/3 power at 1750 RPM. The motor is a NEMA 444 T-frame style that meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards. It includes an AEGIS SGR and an insulated bearing at the non-drive end. The pump is mounted on a welded base that features an integral drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. This model operates with a PEI value of 0.94 and utilizes an across-the-line starting configuration.
