This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a cast iron casing with 5" suction and 4" discharge ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a stainless steel shaft sleeve. The pump design incorporates a rear pullout assembly and top centerline discharge to simplify piping layouts. It is equipped with a mechanical seal consisting of a Ni-Resist seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250 °F. The internal construction includes a bronze wear ring and flush seal line taps to accommodate an external filter for seal protection.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 25 HP Baldor motor with a TEFC enclosure. It is configured for a 230-460V, 3PH, 60Hz power supply and uses a JM motor frame style with mounting feet. The unit features AEGIS shaft grounding and meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55. The assembly includes pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections and provides a PEI value of 0.97.
