This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 5" suction and 4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The assembly includes an 11" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze, housed within a cast iron casing. It utilizes a dry shaft design with a bronze shaft sleeve and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250 °F. The unit incorporates flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on suction and discharge connections. A rear pullout design allows for maintenance without disturbing system piping, while the top center line discharge simplifies piping layouts.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 20 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure. It is configured for a 230-460/60/3PH power supply with a 40 °C ambient rating. The motor is built on a 256 JM frame with feet and features premium efficiency, meeting MG1-12.55 standards with AEGIS shaft grounding. This pump is configured for across-the-line starting and rotation is CCW. It holds a DOE PEI rating of 0.97.
