It uses an 11" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze, paired with a cast iron casing. The pump utilizes a stainless steel shaft and shaft sleeve, incorporating a dry shaft design that prevents the circulating fluid from contacting the shaft. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 20 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure. The motor is a NEMA 256 T frame style configured for a 230-460/60/3 power supply. The assembly includes a welded base with a drip pan and a Woods coupler. It meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and features AEGIS shaft grounding. The unit is rated for a 40°C ambient environment and has a PEI of 0.92.
