This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features an 8" suction and 6" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit is constructed with a cast iron casing and a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It uses a stainless steel shaft and shaft sleeve with a dry shaft design to prevent contact between the circulating fluid and the shaft. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, and the assembly is rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings on suction and discharge connections for system monitoring.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 125 HP Baldor TEFC motor in a NEMA 444T frame. It is configured for 460V, 3PH, 60Hz power with across the line starting. The assembly includes an AEGIS SGR, an insulated bearing NDE, and a Woods coupler. The motor and pump are mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan. This unit meets NEMA Premium efficiency standards and has a PEI of 0.93.
