This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge. The unit is constructed with a cast iron casing, an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a bronze wear ring. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft sleeve and a mechanical seal comprised of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. The pump includes AEGIS shaft grounding, flush seal line taps for optional particle filtration, and integrated pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. The casing is equipped with ANSI Class 125 flanges.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 15 HP Baldor TEFC motor. It is configured for a 230-460V/60/3PH power supply and utilizes a 254 JM motor frame with feet. The motor meets NEMA Premium Efficiency standards per MG1-12.55, and the unit has a PEI value of 0.91. The assembly features a rear pullout design for service access and a top center line discharge orientation to simplify piping layouts and facilitate self-venting.
