This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 5" suction and a 4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a cast iron casing with a bronze wear ring. The assembly includes a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve and AEGIS shaft grounding. The mechanical seal consists of a silicon-carbide seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for 250°F. This unit is intended for clean water circulation and includes pressure tappings on the suction and discharge ports.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 40 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and a 324 T frame. It is configured for 200V, 3PH, 60Hz power with across-the-line starting and a 40°C ambient rating. The assembly features a welded base with an integral drip pan, an OSHA, and a Woods coupler connecting to the greasable bearing frame. The motor meets NEMA premium efficiency standards, and the unit has a DOE PEI rating of 0.92.
