This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 6" suction connection and a 5" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit includes an 11" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze with a bronze wear ring. It features a cast iron casing, a stainless steel shaft, and a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The pump assembly utilizes a dry shaft design to prevent contact between the circulating fluid and the shaft.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 25 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and a NEMA 284 T-frame. It is configured for 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power and uses an across-the-line starting option. The motor meets NEMA premium efficiency standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan and uses a Woods coupler for the motor connection. This pump has a PEI value of 0.94 and operates in a 40°C ambient environment.
