This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction and 2-1/2" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes a 6-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The construction includes a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design that prevents contact between the shaft and the system fluid. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, supporting operation at temperatures up to 250 °F. Flush seal line taps are included to allow for the installation of a filtration device, and pressure tappings are provided on both the suction and discharge connections.
This pump operates at 3450 RPM and is powered by a 10 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure. The motor is built on a 213 JM frame style with feet and is configured for a 230-460/60/3PH power supply. The motor meets premium efficiency standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. This unit features a rear pullout design and a top center line discharge to simplify piping layouts and reduce strain. The product maintains a DOE PEI of 0.87.
