This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 6" suction and a 5" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The construction includes a stainless steel shaft equipped with a bronze shaft sleeve to isolate the shaft from circulating fluids. The mechanical seal consists of a silicon-carbide seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250 °F.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 75 HP, TEFC Baldor motor in a NEMA 365 T frame. It is configured for 230-460V, 60Hz, 3PH power and utilizes an across-the-line starting option. The motor meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and features an OSHA-compliant Woods coupler guard. This unit includes greasable bearings and has a DOE PEI rating of 0.93.
