This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 2-1/2" suction and a 1-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 6-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The pump incorporates a stainless steel shaft sleeve and a mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The internal design utilizes a dry shaft configuration and flush seal line taps to protect the shaft and seal components. The rear pullout design allows for servicing without disconnecting system piping, while the top center line discharge facilitates self-venting and reduces piping strain.
This pump is configured with a 7-1/2 HP WEG TEFC motor operating at 3450 RPM. It operates on a 230-460V/60Hz/3PH power supply and is mounted in a 213 JM frame style with feet. The motor meets NEMA standards and complies with premium efficiency requirements under MG1-12.55. It includes AEGIS shaft grounding, a 40°C ambient temperature rating, and an across-the-line starting option. The assembly handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F and has a PEI value of 0.89.
