This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 250 flanges. The unit utilizes an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a cast iron casing with an integrated bronze wear ring. The pump includes a stainless steel shaft and a replaceable stainless steel shaft sleeve, utilizing a dry shaft design to isolate the shaft from the circulating fluid. It is configured with a mechanical seal consisting of a tungsten carbide seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, capable of operating in clean water up to 300 °F.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 15 HP Baldor premium efficiency motor in a NEMA 254 T-frame with a TEFC enclosure. It is configured for a 380/60/3 power supply. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan, a standard Woods coupler, and a coupler guard. The system features a bearing frame with greasable bearings and maintains a PEI value of 0.87.
