This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 2-1/2" suction and 2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump uses a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing equipped with a bronze wear ring. The internal design includes a stainless steel shaft protected by a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. A mechanical seal, constructed with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allows for operation at temperatures up to 250°F.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 7-1/2 HP Baldor motor in a NEMA 213T frame with an ODP enclosure. It is configured for a 230-460/60/3 PH power supply with an across-the-line starting option. The assembly includes a welded base with an integrated drip pan, a Woods coupler, and a coupler guard. The motor meets NEMA premium efficiency standards, includes AEGIS shaft grounding, and is rated for a 40°C ambient environment with a PEI of 0.86.
