This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 2" suction and 1-1/4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit is constructed with a cast iron casing and a 7-1/4" diameter bronze impeller. It utilizes a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design to prevent contact between the circulating fluid and the pump shaft. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250 °F. Flush seal line taps are provided for filter installation, and the rear pullout design allows for service without disturbing system piping. The top center line discharge configuration assists with self-venting and reduces piping strain.
This pump is configured with a 1-1/2 HP Baldor motor in a 145 JM frame with feet. It operates at 1750 RPM on a 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply. The motor features a TEFC enclosure, AEGIS shaft grounding, and premium efficiency that meets MG1-12.55 standards. The starting option is across the line, and the unit includes a standard ambient temperature rating of 40 °C. The assembly has a PEI value of 0.78 and complies with NEMA standards.
